1st Birthday for Inori
Valentine’s Day is about love right. Well I sure love my little puppy, Inori. Can I call her a puppy even though she’ll be one next. Actually her birthday is just one day before mine which makes it super easy to remember.
What are my favorite things about her:
She’s quiet (okay not 90% of the time like I originally though, but 75% which is more than most dogs I think)
She’s playful - Coupled with the fact that she can be super quiet and playing at the same time is so much fun to watch
She cuddles - definitely a physical touch love language (as most dogs are I assume) She loves to be physically touching as many people as she can at the same time
She’s small - (originally this would’ve been a bad thing in my book, but it’s so nice to quick throw her in the sink if she gets muddy or rolls in something weird)
Now what are the realistic aka not-so-great things about her:
She tends to start barking before my alarm clock and weekends don’t make sense to her to sleep in
She runs by my feet (I think back to that physical touch thing) but can become a tripping problem, especially when I’m trying to do a workout and she runs under me during a high kick
She loves socks (putting them on in front of her is dangerous business as she can’t resist a floppy sock in front of her without pouncing)
Still love her! She still makes me laugh! And I am looking forward to taking her to Japan with me in 2020.
